Hello everyone,
I intend to develop a minecraft style building game, and am trying to evaluate polyvox as a base for my project.
as any minecraft player knows, gravel and sand fall in the game. At first i had thought that this would be a fairly trivial feature, but as i see people using it with pistons and such to make things, I have concluded it is quite important.
does anyone have a suggestion how I might make blocks "fall," preferably in a smooth looking manner?
Another concern I have is that pistons "push" up to 12 blocks. this i see to be an extremely important feature, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how this may be possible with polyvox? I imagine a solution for one problem would likely apply for another.
